 Client: A Christian ministry and a school based in Maai Mahiu, Naivasha

1. Job Title: High School Head Teacher – Reporting to the School Principal and supervising about 20 High School teachers, the job holder will be responsible for driving high performance of the High School section of the school

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Any combination)
• At least 5 years of work experience with 2 years in a leadership position
• Must be TSC registered.
•  Proven track record of high performance from previous institutions.

2. Job Title: Computer Studies Teacher – Reporting to the School Principal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree of Education in Computer Studies.
• Must be TSC registered
• At least 2 years of work experience.

3. Job Title: Chemistry/Mathematics Teacher

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Science).
• Must be TSC registered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Mathematics and Chemistry.

4. Job Title: Chemistry/ Any other subject

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Science).
• Must be TSC registered.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Chemistry/Another subject

5. Job Title: 2 Cooks (Pastry and Hot Kitchen)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage production or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Experience in academic institution is an added advantage.

6. Job Title: Transport Officer –   Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job holder will be responsible for Fleet Management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive) or related field.
• At least 3 years hands on experience in Fleet Management.
• Knowledge of basic mechanics is required.
• Must possess a valid driving license (at least BCE)

7. Job Title: Grounds Supervisor – Reporting to the Operations Manager, Grounds Supervisor is in charge of landscaping and maintaining existing grounds to create a serene atmosphere in our institution.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• Proven work experience in landscaping and grounds keeping in an institution.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and grounds maintenance equipment.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures related to grounds keeping activities
